In the 1930's a man with vision started one of the first airports in the United States. Used in the 1940's for training airborne troops, it was cleared and converted for farmland, a continuing endeavor from the 1960's to the present. There still remains the Historic Flight Deck Tavern, and a NAPA Auto Parts resides in an old hangar.

As Denver grows, there is a continuing need for more residential and commercial properties. With Denver's current boom, we have recently sold the last of the residential acres for approximately 800 multi-family units. We are now actively developing our triple net ground leases for the remaining commercial properties.
